You Supply the Fabric Masks

Filter fabric is an added layer of protection but not necessary to comply with CDC guidelines on fabric face covering. The less filter fabric the more breathable the mask.

Do you have fabric at home that you wish could be made into a mask?  Send it over and I'll make you a custom fit mask!

How does it work?  You send me (or if you are in the Denver area, you can drop it off) your fabric, pick from the six available sizes, and I will make your mask and send it back with any remaining fabric.  Your fabric should be cotton and should already be washed and pre-shrunk.  I will still add the metablasted polyporpylene filter fabric (if you want it) and finish with elastic.

I offer six sizes of masks:

  • Children's Small - roughly 3-6 years old
  • Children's Large - roughly 7-12 years old
  • Adult Petite - more petite face structure - a little smaller around the cheekbones and a little shorter in height
  • Adult Small - young adults and women
  • Adult Large - men
  • Adult XL - an extra long version of the large to accommodate beards

According to the CDC, cloth face coverings should not be placed on young children younger than 2 years of age, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the cover without assistance.  These masks are not medical products and are not replacements for N95 masks.  They do not offer protection against viruses.
